Due to the nature of our products and to maintain the highest standards of FSSAI-compliant hygiene and safety, PERLINS operates a Strict No-Return/No-Exchange Policy once a product has been dispatched.

Damages and Issues: We take immense pride in our Premium Packaging. However, if you receive an item that is defective or damaged during transit, please record an unboxing video and contact our support team (info.perlins@gmail.com) within 24 hours of delivery. We will initiate a replacement after a quality audit.
